Arizona Brown's mission is to become the best choice in mobile outdoor eating by providing the community with a healthier nutritious menu with a menu to satisfy everyone that tastes wonderful.

 

Arizona Brown's plans to be more than a great mobile kitchen. Our goal is to keep satisfied smiles on the faces of our new and returning customers.  We also have a dedication to sustainable development, we will procure local ingredients from Connecticut’s Organic Farms and Gardens when possible trying to help reduce dependence on fossil fuel used for transportation, all the while demonstrating our responsibility to the community by recycling, conserving and setting a demonstrative influence in the community by operating a go green business.

 

Arizona Brown's has a driven passion to helping the less fortunate in the community as well. We will make it our business to try to feed as many homeless people as possible. Every week we will set up shop in a different neighborhood and feed the homeless. Who am I to be blind pretending not to see them eat!

 

Arizona Brown's was founded by Aisha Thompson (me) who was tired of eating heavy junk foods for lunch and dinner on the go.  So I said let's do something about it I followed my dream and now here I am ready to serve my community! The staff will consist of my lovely aunt Shelly and myself. We are very friendly and very good cooks so we look forward to having an outstanding relationship with our community. We both are originally from Boston, Ma but has been living in New Haven Ct for over 20 years now.
